GML International Limited became a member of the Securities and Futures
Authority Limited ("SFA") on 31 January 1996. The Financial
Services Authority ("FSA") was formed in December of 2001 by
combining all of the UK's financial regulators including the SFA, IMRO,
LAURTO and
the PIA.
In July 2007 GML International Limited terminated its
registration with the FSA.
GML Capital LLP was authorised by the
FSA in August 2007. It's regulated permissions are similar to GML
International Limited's, and can be viewed directly on the FSA web site

here). It is not authorised
to hold client money or clients’ assets.
GML Capital LLP’s business profile, lodged with FSA, includes the structuring and arranging of transactions involving investments, investment advisory work, and corporate finance advisory services. |
